Phase I (done)
Purpose: Deliver a workable version(0.1) to opensync community. Time: May 21 - Jul 29, 2007 Plan to implement base function, including several window: - First Time Use - Simple Mode Window - Advanced Mode Window - System Tray Icon - Group Profile Property Window (depond opensync plugins devel progress) - Preferences Window (only general and log tab)

Phase II(partly done)
Purpose: - Redesign/implement plugin configure dialog with extension technology.(done) - Get user feedback for version 0.1, fix bugs.(done) - Implement more plugins. - Add schedule feature. - Add HAL/DBUS feature. - (maybe) Move source repository to opensync.org - (maybe) Integrate into Solaris JDS vermillion devel Will release a new version each end of month. Aug 30: 0.2 Sep 30: 0.3 Oct 30: 0.4 Time: Jul 30 - Oct 30, 2007

Phase II-2
Purpose: - HAL/DBUS support, auto detection and auto connection with existing groups. - Configuration GUI for palm-sync plugin. - Configuration GUI for libsyncml Plugin. - Object type config enhancement: allow user enable/disable/set_path per obj_type for each member - (optional) Configuration GUI for google calendar plugin. Features left - Safe Sync - Template - Schedule feature. Time: May 18th - July 18th, 2008
